Lahinch boasts two 18 hole golf courses in the West of Ireland,  Lahinch Championship Course and the Lahinch Castle Course.  These links courses are situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.    The combination of bracing air and wind from the sea is one of the enduring attractions for golfers.

Just a short drive is the Greg Norman designed 18 hole Doonbeg Golf Course.  This links course offers views across the Atlantic Ocean. Variations in wind speed and direction ensures each time this course is played, it plays differently.
